As a psychiatric nurse practitioner I am dedicated to helping individuals manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and other complex mental health challenges. By integrating
evidence-based medication strategies with innovative options like TMS, I work on developing treatment plans to achieve the best possible outcomes for each client. The focus is on symptom relief, renewed vitality, and sustainable well-being.
Each treatment approach begins by prioritizing the client-provider relationship, recognizing that
healing stems from trust, empathy, and partnership. By fostering a safe, nonjudgmental environment, I encourage open dialogue, allowing clients to feel genuinely heard and valued. Using active listening and a collaborative stance, treatment plans are co-created to reflect your
unique needs, preferences, and life circumstances. This relationship-centered practice not only boosts engagement, but also sets the foundation for deeper exploration into root causes—such as trauma history, family dynamics, or psychosocial stressors—that may underlie conditions like PTSD, depression, anxiety, and ADHD.
Continuous assessment and adaptation ensure that care plans evolve as you the client progresses through treatment, leveraging tools such as standardized scales and shared decision-making. This
strategy ensures that treatment is not only scientifically sound, but also dynamic and personalized—leading to sustainable symptom reduction, improved functioning, and a renewed sense of authenticity and resilience.

Being a counselor is more than offering advice—it’s about truly meeting each person where they are in their journey. It’s about taking the time to build a genuine, trusting partnership that allows growth and healing to take place.
As a solution-focused counselor, I walk alongside my clients, helping them discover their own answers and strengths. My work begins with intentional listening—because clients don’t just need to be heard; they need to be understood. I prioritize building rapport and trust, creating an empathetic and supportive environment where clients feel seen, valued, and safe. I integrate the mind–body–spirit connection into my approach, encouraging reflection on the power of spiritual strength as part of the healing process.
I believe deeply in the resilience of our small rural community, yet I also recognize that many people here have been struggling quietly. My goal is to help you reclaim your voice, write your own story, feel empowered, and set meaningful goals for a brighter future.

As a therapist, I provide compassionate guidance to individuals as they confront their emotional wounds. By working together to cultivate positive emotional experiences, we can achieve vitality, connection, authenticity, and transformation. My focus is to assist individuals in their healing and personal growth journeys. You are not broken; you are unfolding.
I aim to create a supportive environment where you feel understood and valued. My goal is to reduce feelings of shame and fear while helping you face emotional wounds. Together, we will identify therapy goals, enhance coping skills, and create a safe space for inner work as we work toward your wellness objectives. Healing is about returning to your authentic self, not becoming someone different. If you are ready to begin a new chapter in your life, I would be honored to offer my support.
